OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra wants to be the gamer's battery champ

OnePlus is attacking gaming where it hurts — battery anxiety
Most "gaming phones" are just regular flagships with RGB accents and a higher price tag. OnePlus seems to disagree with that approach. The upcoming Ace 6 Ultra is shaping up to be a legitimate battery powerhouse built with long gaming sessions in mind — not as an afterthought, but as the main pitch.
Leaks point to a high-capacity battery paired with aggressive fast charging — the exact combo that matters most when you're deep into a match and your phone is screaming at 15%. OnePlus has done this before with the Ace lineup: solid performance, smart charging, reasonable price. The Ace 6 Ultra looks like the most ambitious version of that formula yet.
What makes this interesting beyond the specs is the positioning. Asus ROG and Xiaomi's Black Shark have owned the gaming phone conversation for years. OnePlus entering with a battery-first approach rather than cooling fans and trigger buttons is a different kind of bet — and honestly, it might be the smarter one for the average mobile gamer.
The caveat, as always with OnePlus: availability. There's a real chance this stays a China-exclusive or launches globally with a watered-down spec sheet. We've seen that movie before. Still worth watching.
